All grapes come from our vineyards in the area of Tramezzo in Orta Nova.

GROWING SYSTEM: Espalier
SOIL: Calcareous with much skeleton, flat land.
YIELD: 110 quintals/ha
HARVEST PERIOD: End of September
PRODUCTION: Grapes are harvested perfectly ripe in terms of aromas and phenols and promptly sent to the winery. Made with white vinification of red grapes in close contact with the skins until it reaches the desired colour. Fermentation is carried out in steel tanks with temperature control.
REFINEMENT: In steel tanks until the bottling.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13 % vol
Tasting notes: COLOUR – bright pink; SCENT – fruity and spicy bouquet; TASTE: fresh and with a good structure, it ends pleasantly sapid.
